Cad Operator / Draftsman ? Marilao in Marilao, Central Luzon

Responsibilities:
- Preapares as-built plans/drawings and shop drawings including proposal drawings and sketches
- can provide or finish task on or before deadlines
- Complete given tasks and drawings, assess drawings and make relevant adjustments based on feedback.
- Interacts Engineers and Designers to accurately correct/updatet drawings and sketches.
- Coordinate document distribution to job site
- Converts sketches or specifications of the project from an Architech or Engineer into detailed Cad Drawings.
- Project controls, cost estimates,forecast and change orders.
- Assist developing architectural layout plans, elevation and section
- Follow instruction and schedules planned.
Requirement:
- Candidate must posses atleast Diploma/ Degree in Engineering, Architecture or its equivalent (licensed not required)
- Male/ Female not more than 30 years old
- Must be CAD proficient and can easily work on alternative Cad platforms
- With ability to read and understand Construction plans.
- Able to work indepedently with minimum supervision and under pressure to meet tight deadlines.
- Atleast 2 years working experience in the related field is required for this position
- Results oriented, highly motivated and with strong sense of resposibilty.
- Applicants must be willing to work in Marilao, Bulacan.
